- What has taken so long for me to enjoy life now? (ha! I know the answer...)
And on a daily basis, I ask - make me the instrument of thy peace...

- I'm on a journey. I take life as it comes now, more than ever before - this is due to my practicing CFQ Qi-Gong and living in the moment.
I read books on spirituality, laws of the Universe, success, life modivation. I listen to my SGR tapes, Jack Canfield/Mark Victor Hansen, Abraham-Hicks. My most important tool is my gratitude journal.
I have been blessed with two beautiful, intelligent teenagers who absolutely mean the world to me!

The miracle of forgiveness
As my first blog entry in this network, I thought of providing a glimps of what could happen when we let go and allow. Or let go with the power of forgiveness.

If you get a moment to take a look at the archived webclass vids of "A New Earth" at Oprah.com, I can imagine its message will resonate with you as it has with me. Really puts a whole new perspective on the work we've been doing with SGR, et al., this past year.
It's definitely been a breath of fresh air for me, to say the least, and I'm looking forward to hearing what insights our other pals (like Bob Vadas, who's also participating in the class) have to share with us on this philosophy o' Life.
